What is the sample policy?

Sample pricing and shipping are confirmed according to the selected model and destination. Confirm the preparation schedule with JWELL before proceeding; sample lead time is not an international delivery guarantee.
From model selection to an evaluated sample
- Select a product/model. Shortlist a published JW-S model in the product catalog. If you have not selected one, describe your category and evaluation goals.
- Submit your sample request. Product-page requests carry the model, SKU and product link into the form. Add your business details, destination and requested quantity.
- Confirm the exact model and quotation. JWELL reviews the version, included items, sample price and shipping for your destination. Sending this form is a request, not an order confirmation.
- Prepare the sample. Proceed with the agreed model and preparation arrangements. Confirm whether you are evaluating an existing version or a separately agreed modification.
- Arrange shipping. Provide the destination country, city/postcode and delivery details needed for the shipping quotation. Freight and transit arrangements are confirmed for the request.
- Evaluate and record observations. Compare the received version with agreed specifications using the Product Sample Evaluation Checklist.
- Discuss private label or customization. Share approved features, requested changes, logo, packaging and manual needs through the private-label development process.
- Prepare for a bulk order if approved. Confirm the final specification, product-specific MOQ, artwork, packaging, quotation and production arrangements. Sample approval alone does not approve all bulk-order details.
What will I receive?
The sample and included accessories are confirmed against the selected model and quotation. A sample is not automatically a fully branded retail package. Ask which packaging, cable, controller, manual or other items are included in the exact version; do not assume that every product has the same contents.
What can I evaluate before private label?
Review the product identity, finish, documented controls and functions, charging where applicable, packaging presentation and available model-specific documentation. Record observations under agreed conditions. A buyer sample review does not replace applicable laboratory testing or destination-market compliance review.
What does JWELL need to quote shipping?
Include the selected model, quantity, destination country and city/postcode. JWELL will confirm any additional delivery information needed. Please do not enter payment or sensitive personal information in the inquiry message.
Can I discuss a logo or modified product?
Yes. Tell us whether you want an existing product for evaluation, private-label branding and packaging, or a product modification/OEM/ODM project. Customized sample scope and arrangements require project confirmation; they are not implied by the standard sample reference.
