DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAMS
Wholesale Sex Toys for Distributors & Multi-SKU Buyers
JWELL supports distributors, importers, wholesalers and multi-store retailers that need structured product selection across several intimate wellness categories. Buyers can compare published models, build a category-balanced shortlist, arrange samples, separate model and customization quantities, review packaging and documentation, and coordinate shipment preparation. The project remains model-specific: no stock depth, exclusive territory, universal MOQ or fixed delivery time is implied.

Plan the assortment before requesting prices.
A distributor quotation is more useful when it reflects the planned range. Define the target customer, channels, category coverage, number of models and quantity by model. Identify whether the first order uses standard presentation or includes branding. This helps separate product decisions from packaging and logistics decisions.
Review the product catalog and use public model numbers in the request. For a broader wholesale process, see the wholesale supply page.
Build category coverage deliberately.
A multi-SKU range may include vibrators and wands, suction and air-pulse products, app-controlled and wearable formats, male wellness, anal and prostate products, and selected specialty items. The mix should follow local requirements, customer demand, planned education, storage, packaging and after-sales capability.
Begin with a focused set that can be sampled and documented. Additional models can be added after the team confirms how each category performs in the intended channel.
For an anal-wellness range, compare JW-S43’s rotating anal-bead format with the JW-S46 remote-control plug format as separate assortment roles. Review each exact sample and package before quotation.
Separate quantities by model and process.
Record the estimated quantity for every model. Then identify which models need a logo, custom color or custom package. These thresholds may differ and should not be combined into one assumed MOQ. Mixed-model orders can be reviewed, but each model and customization process remains subject to confirmation.
Use the MOQ guide and the low-MOQ planning page to structure the first order.
Samples and range approval.
Sample the models that represent the intended range, not only the most visually distinctive item. Confirm the product version, functions, accessories, colors and package. Create one feedback record per public model number and keep open questions visible until they are resolved.
For private-label programs, approve the logo and package together with the product. If the range uses several package sizes, confirm how the visual system adapts to each dieline.
Private label for distributor programs.
Distributors can evaluate model-specific logo, color, packaging, label and manual options. Existing-model branding is different from product modification or custom tooling. The private-label pillar explains how those development levels are controlled.
A consistent brand system can be applied across the range, but the available method and quantity must still be reviewed for each model.
Quality and document planning.
Define the approved product, functions, appearance, accessories, packaging, labels and quantity before production coordination. Use model-specific checks and record any required pre-shipment inspection route. Available documents and testing needs vary by model and destination.
Read the quality and compliance page and the buyer document guide before finalizing the range.
Create a distributor range sheet.
Maintain one controlled range sheet with the public model, product title, category, selected color, standard package, target quantity, sample status, branding scope, packaging scope and open questions. Add the approved image and final quotation reference for each model.
The range sheet helps sales, purchasing, design, compliance and logistics teams work from the same product list. It also makes later additions and repeat-order changes easier to identify.
Review commercial and operational risk.
A distributor should identify which products need customer education, app support, charging guidance, specific storage or special packaging. Confirm how product data, manuals, labels and after-sales questions will be handled in the target channel.
Use samples and model-specific information to decide range depth. Do not base a multi-SKU launch on unconfirmed stock, assumed exclusivity or one generic category description.
Packaging, forwarding and FBA preparation.
Confirm product and package dimensions, carton quantity, carton size, gross weight, battery information, barcode, labels, shipping marks and destination. For buyer-designated FBA or forwarding destinations, current labels and shipment instructions must be supplied by the buyer and reviewed for the specific shipment.
Production timing, inspection timing and freight transit should be tracked as separate milestones. The lead-time guide explains the approval dependencies.
Selected product models.
Published models are loaded directly from the JWELL product system. Open a product page to review confirmed details, model-specific customization and the buyer checklist.

Questions buyers ask before quotation.
Can a distributor request a mixed-model quotation?
Yes. Send model numbers and estimated quantity for each model. Product and customization conditions are then reviewed separately.
Can JWELL recommend a category mix?
JWELL can help narrow models based on market, channel, positioning, target quantity and required functions. The final range decision remains with the buyer.
Are samples available for every model?
Sample availability is model-specific and confirmed at the time of request, including the sample version, package, fee and timing.
Can one package design cover several products?
A shared visual system can be planned, but each model requires the correct dieline, insert, dimensions, label and language review.
Does JWELL offer exclusive distribution rights?
No exclusive territory or distribution right is implied by the public offer. Any commercial arrangement would require separate written review.
Can JWELL coordinate delivery to a forwarder or FBA destination?
Buyer-designated handover can be coordinated after carton, battery, label and current shipping instructions are confirmed. Listing or account approval is not guaranteed.
